Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a blender, puree the raspberries and mint with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup, and remaining 4 cups of cold water. Stir well.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.

Non-Alcoholic Alternative:

  • Add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy twist.

Cannabis-Infused Alternative:

  • Add a few drops of cannabis tincture to each glass. Start with a small amount and adjust according to preference.
