Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, puree the raspberries and mint with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice, sugar syrup, and remaining 4 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Non-Alcoholic Alternative:
- Add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
